Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Premium Miner, including Google or Telegram account access and Google Play Premium packages.

Service

Premium Miner provides a remote dashboard and controller for server-side mining. The Android app does not mine on your device, custody assets, provide a wallet or exchange, or guarantee taps, rewards, balances, availability, or token value. Network and third-party service conditions may affect displayed results.

Accounts and wallet binding

You may authenticate with Google or Telegram. A Google identity may be permanently bound to one verified wallet, and one Google-linked wallet may be bound to no more than one Google identity. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your Google, Telegram, device, and wallet access. Never send support a password, purchase token, seed phrase, wallet private key, or mining key.

Google Play Premium packages

The Android app offers non-auto-renewing one-time Premium packages for 14, 30, or 90 days through Google Play. Packages do not renew automatically. Google Play displays the applicable localized price and controls payment processing, purchase status, cancellations, and available refund procedures.

A verified new purchase extends valid contiguous Premium time. Duplicate or replayed purchase tokens do not add time twice. Consumed purchases remain recorded by the server so Premium status and purchase provenance can be restored after logout or reinstall.

Refunds and revocations

If Google reports a purchase as refunded, revoked, canceled, or otherwise invalid, Premium Miner removes only the remaining entitlement attributable to that exact purchase. Other valid Google Play grants and unrelated server or Telegram access remain subject to their own terms. Used time is not converted into bonus future time.

A first legitimate refund is not an automatic permanent ban. Repeated refund abuse, purchase-token replay, identity conflicts, fraud, chargeback abuse, modified-client abuse, or attempts to obtain service without valid payment may be restricted or reviewed. Temporary Google or network errors are not treated as fraud.

Telegram

Telegram is an authentication, account-access, support, and remote-control method. The Android app does not advertise or steer users to an alternative purchase route. Google Play packages offered in Android are purchased through Google Play.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass account or wallet proof, forge identity or purchase data, replay credentials, access another person's wallet, reverse engineer secrets, or use a modified client to evade server-side rules. Security restrictions may be applied proportionately while evidence is reviewed.

Availability and changes

The service depends on Google Play, Telegram, hosting providers, and Acki Nacki/Bee network services. Maintenance, outages, protocol changes, rate limits, or network conditions may interrupt availability. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date.
